Craig Nicholson

Craig is the Managing Partner of StaffQuest. He started his career in staffing with a global firm and learned the industry from the ground level. From there he joined a regional IT staffing firm, where he worked his way up to become one of the company’s top Account Executives. Craig earned his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He also possesses an MBA with a concentration in Corporate Innovation and Technology from Wingate University.


Rob Nicholson

Rob is the Founding Partner of StaffQuest. With extensive experience in the staffing industry, Rob brings the necessary knowledge and skills to assist StaffQuest with its growth and expansion. Rob has held positions in middle and upper management with some of the fastest growing staffing firms across the nation. He began his staffing career in the healthcare industry where he started a staffing firm still operating today. Rob then transitioned into the IT industry where he worked as a National Account Manager for two leading banks, held multiple leadership roles, and started another successful staffing firm. Rob earned his graduate degree in Human Resources Administration from the University of Scranton. He resides in Rock Hill, SC with his wife.
